Can't download competition puzzles of Sudoku Cup 4

On the Competition puzzles page, i can't see the link from where i can download the comp. puzzles. All i can see is the link to Adobe Redaer Download link on that page.

I don't think that all players will pick up the file in the same time.
So I hope there won't be any failures of our server.
It was OK last time, so I think it should be the same now 
It may happen that your web server may hang due to flood of incoming requests at that time when the comp. will start.
Don't know if your server will take/bear that much load
It's correct. The CP will be there in the evenint today...
The file is very small, so you don't need to download it too much before the main competition.
But I'll be glad if you do so (download the file when the link will be visible).
