Problem with TLOELAG puzzle 6-10-14?

The TLOELAG puzzle from today looks unsolvable to me ... just looking at the 6's I get an immediate contradiction. I notice many other players have given up as well. What is going on?

And now the rules suddenly seem to have changed. First it was a combination of anti-knight and windoku, and now it says that the 'windows' can only contain 4 distinct numbers, and says nothing about anti-knight or anti-anything.
